Forged of high-carbon stainless steel, the 5-inch blade has a straight edge to neatly slice a cheese all the way through, and then the blade curves up sharply to become a prong tip for spearing and serving the slice. The knifes most striking feature is its 18/10 stainless-steel handle, which is ergonomically shaped to fit the fingers snugly and has a glowing satin finish. The entire knife, blade and handle, balances beautifully in the hand, lending the impression of a fine instrument.
