Just call it "Ravioli-Making for Dummies." I certainly qualify, having admired but never attempted this tricky-looking Italian entrée. Yet within half an hour, I had made and rolled out a sheet of pasta dough (the recipe is in the kit); laid it over the metal ravioli mold; used the plastic mold to indent the dough; filled the indentations with a three-cheese mixture (recipe also in the kit); laid a second pasta sheet on top; and rolled over it with the rolling pin to seal the dough casings.
