The construction also allows for even and quick heat conductivity without the hot spots that can ruin a delicate crêpe. The pans three-layer Autograph nonstick coating is ideal for the quick-cooking nature of crêpes and cleans up easily. The phenolic handle, attached with a stainless-steel double rivet, stays cool on the stovetop and withstands oven use up to 350 degrees F. Anolons construction requires very little cooking oil, but plastic, nylon, or wooden utensils are recommended.
