With its rounded sides, this deep, 12-inch skillet is great not only for ordinary frying and sautéing tasks but also for stir-frying. Like all Anolon Classic pots and pans, the skillet is made of harder than steel, hard-anodized aluminum and coated inside with DuPonts exceptionally durable, three-layer Autograph nonstick. Because its aluminum, the skillet conducts heat quickly and uniformly without hot spots. The exterior shows the matte-finish gray characteristic of the hard-anodizing process and resists scratching and denting.
