This may be called a lasagna pan, but its really a roasting and baking pan in one. Brownies, cobblers, mac and cheese, roast chicken, eggplant parmigiana: this pan can do it all, and the brilliant mirror finish makes it an attractive serving piece as well. The well-designed roasting rack features two collapsible handles for easy lifting and legs to raise it up off the bottom of the pan. The pan itself has sturdy upright handles and is fashioned from sturdy, nonreactive stainless steel in a heavy weight for deep, even browning. The less-conductive stainless construction makes this pan a reasonably priced choice, but also means it doesnt move well from oven to stovetop if youre making pan gravy. Luckily, the pan has straight edges with a flared rim for pouring off the drippings into a skillet, and the slightly rounded corners make it easier to get every spoonful of juice off the bottom of the pan. --Mary Park . . .Read More
