Concentric grooves and an advanced, titanium-composite nonstick coating create a rugged, unique food-release system on this round, 14-inch griddle. The bottom is made of 18/10 stainless steel polished to a mirror finish and contains a thick aluminum disk to distribute heat quickly and evenly, without hot spots. The concentric grooves (Circulons patented "Hi-Low" design) create narrow ridges to take utensil abuse, leaving the low, wide grooves unscathed over time.
