Cuisinarts Everyday Stainless line is made from 18/10 (18% chromium, 10% nickel) stainless steel, a superior grade that is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean, as well as being able to withstand extreme temperatures. This skillets even heating properties have been further improved by a copper sandwich bottom, while its handle has a ventilated design, which keeps it cool to the touch, even after its been cooking on the stovetop for a while (be careful if you use it in the oven, though). At 9-1/2 inches, the skillet is the perfect size for browning meats, and the dish can be finished off under the broiler or in the oven.
