Serve the Sunday dinner roast or the holiday turkey and then carve with finesse using this traditional carving set from Henckels, makers of fine knives since 1731. This set includes a carving knife with an 8-inch high-carbon, stainless-steel blade. The two-piece hardwood handle is bonded to the full tang (the metal extension of the knife blade into the handle) with three stainless rivets and no-seam construction to guard against food penetration. Full-tang construction gives you a better-balanced, stronger knife that is also less tiring to the hand. The double-tined fork has 7-inch stainless-steel tines with similar riveted construction on the hardwood handle.
