Slice straight through that sirloin with these superb steak knives from Sabatier, famous French manufacturer of superior knives for more than a century. These knives are handmade and hand-finished with forged stainless-steel blades and sealed integral bolsters. The handles are made of beautiful rosewood around a full tang (the metal extension of the blade that goes into the handle). These knives should be washed by hand with mild detergent to preserve the wood, and the blades can be kept sharp at home with a sharpening steel.
