Reviewer:A customerfrom Washington, DCmy husband and I have spent the better part of a weekend trying to attach the safety latch on this hamper. We initially returned the item, feeling it was likely a faulty latch...however hamper #2 is no different. The directions simply suggest you attach the latch, but give no instructions.
