As seen on The Router Workshop television program, this complete router table system locks together with pins in just minutes. Constructed of multi-layer baltic birch plywood, this 30-by-16-by-14-inch (length by width by height) table includes a router bit tray and can be secured to any work-mate or base cabinet. The double-laminated 3/4-inch top comes with a precut base plate hole. The two phenolic base plates are predrilled to fit most routers and fit exactly in the base plate hole. A brass fulcrum pin (included) allows you to control patterned stock until it contacts the bit bearing. The pre-drilled mounting holes in the tabletop match the holes in the 3/8-inch spacer fence to make perfect joinery: box joints, sliding dovetails, rabbet/dado, dovetail splice etc. The system also includes two 3-inch c-clamps with soft palm grips; a table fence; brass setup bars; 3/8-inch spacer fence; 3/8-inch straight router bit and a brass insert/ring nut to reduce the size of the bit hole. An instructional video, manual, and two complete starter projects are included! Plate BP20051 predrilled to fit the following routers: Black & Decker, Bosch 1602-A, 1613, 1614, B1450, 1617, Chicago, Craftsman (models with equally spaced bolts with a maximum size of 10/32-inch) Dewalt D610-04, Freud FT2000, Hitachi TR12, Jepson, Milwaukee, Makita 3612 BR (round base), Porter Cable 690, 691, 693, 7529, Rockwell, Ryobi 330, Stanley, Skil 1823, 1845-02.
