The nonstick Whole Enchilada outdoor cooking kit from Eastman Outdoors is a portable outdoor kitchen, ready to handle turkeys, seafood, hot wings, and vegetables. The kit includes a 28-quart pot with stamped oil-level markings and a 10-1/2-quart pot, both made from brush-finished aluminum and nonstick Marrlite for a lightweight, easy-to-clean structure. Both pots share one lid, and both feature large riveted handles with a mirror finish. The bigger pot is perfect for deep-frying turkeys or large quantities of seafood or vegetables. The smaller one is suitable for hot wings, shrimp fries, or lobster boils. The kit also comes with two all-purpose baskets, coated with Marrlite and appropriate for either boiling or deep-frying. The larger basket features a bucket-style handle, while the smaller one comes with a canted handle for easy lifting and shaking. A turkey stand, lifting hook, 12-inch color-coded thermometer, and 2-ounce Monster Marinade injector completes the cookware collection.
