When cooking rice, the cooker automatically shuts off when the rice is done and then goes into keep-warm mode so rice remains at serving temperature for hours. Because the inner pot is nonstick and the exterior is mirror-finished stainless steel, the cooker cleans up easily. A measuring cup, rice ladle, and recipes for making full use of the cooker are included.
