This versatile electric appliance mixes and extrudes pasta in diverse shapes, as well as sausage through a "horn." It also mixes and extrudes just about any dough or batter, including those for bagels, cookies, and potato pancakes. The key to all this is a little 385-watt motor, a control button that operates the mixing and extruding functions separately, and a lot of durable plastic dies that fit on the end of the extrusion mechanism. Included are 10 pasta dies for various shapes, an Asian noodle/potato pancake die, an arugula die, the pasta horn, a measuring cup calibrated for pasta ingredients, a pasta fork, and a package of sausage seasonings. A dozen other dies can be ordered separately. Also included are an instruction/recipe booklet and an instruction video.
