Oregon Scientifics pedometer is an affordable high-tech fitness tool packed with functions. Its very lightweight (which is great when exercising), and doesnt provide a distraction while the workout is in progress. Though light, it is still very durable, and once its clipped to a waistband theres no need to worry about it slipping off. It computes and displays distance walked, number of steps taken, calories burned, and time of day--all displayed with backlit illumination of the screen for easy viewing--and measures 2-1/2 by 1-1/4 by 1-1/2 inches.
